  the location

  I was disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The bathroom was tiny, air conditioner was noisy, and the room looked very worn....old carpeting, bedding, etc.

  Great location, a 'classy' value for money hotel with good facilities,backed up with friendly, helpful staff . We,( my wife & I ), chose to stay here again after spending time here some three years ago, the experience again was just as great

  After having a swim/spa, having to walk back through the main foyer in our swimming gear & robes, maybe an alternative access to this area would be more applicable, otherwise no other dislikes

  proximity to Yaletown shops and restaurants; walkable downtown, convention center, and other areas

  Some staff were just okay but didn't seem to enjoy their jobs or have happy faces. Breakfast was basic with muffins, toast, cold cereal and fresh fruit.

  There elevators were inadequate. Perhaps it was because they were busy and were having problems

  The room was well-appointed. Kitchenette was very good. Bed was very comfortable.

  Parking: It was not clear that a special rate was available throuigh the hotel. It appeared that it was necessary to use the regular pay parking rates. Better signage is needed.

  Had a suite. Staff were very polite. Toom was clean.

  The smell in the room was not "fresh". Also, the bed was small and the ironing board was difficult to use. It was a miniature ironing board. Also, the elevators were quite slow.

  The suite was roomy and the view was so nice. The staff was really friendly, helpful and courteous.

  The location was excellent. The hotel cleaning staff cleaned the rooms very well, including unexpectedly, washing of my dishes.

  The hotel was a bit 'sad'. I think it could use an update in the rooms and of the furniture. The room sofa cushions were stained and the cooking facilities were less than expected. There is no in room dinning area.

  We traveled to the Hotel with a very large group. They were very helpful whenever we had questions and also were very generous in handing out coupons for area fast food restaurants. The lobby staff were very good to our children.

  Please replace the mattresses in the pull out sofas. They are extremely uncomfortable.
